The apartment is in the Hotel Zone, right next to La Isla shopping mall, and has great restaurants, but definitely needs some maintenance. To be exact.. the beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress sinks in the middle, needs new pillows, missing some light bulbs, one TV did not work, it seems like the apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly, there was dust in the kitchen and floors. Other than that is fine.

After more than 80 guests on different platforms, no one has complained about the mattresses. If you had reported any failure in light bulbs, we have personnel to attend to those details immediately, the TV does work 100%.

Esmeralda fue un buen huésped y siempre se mantuvo muy buena conversación, respetaron y dejaron muy limpio el departamento. La recomiendo para que acepten sus solicitudes
