The heart of the condo is the master bedroom, a sanctuary of tranquility and luxury. It features a plush king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to the condo's private pool. This bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.
The second bedroom is a versatile space, equipped with twin beds. It offers the unique feature of being open or closed off from the living room and the terrace through a sliding door, providing flexibility for guests seeking either openness or privacy.
The third bedroom, equally inviting, also features twin beds and boasts its little balcony. This room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests staying in these rooms.
The living space in Avalon 901 is a blend of elegance and functionality. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary enthusiasts who wish to prepare meals or entertain.
The kitchen's modern appliances and sleek design add to the condo's overall sense of luxury. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!
We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.
The condo features three bathrooms, all of which feature L'Occitane products, ensuring that each guest has ample space and convenience during their stay.
The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.
The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.
Guest Access:
Situated on the 9th floor of the Avalon building and accessible through an elevator, Avalon 901 provides guests with easy access to shared building amenities (Gym, Sauna, Green Pool & Blue Pool), enhancing the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.
The building also offers a gym, pool, and bar.
The Neighborhood:
This 9-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (Avalon Condos) in Puerto Vallarta, is just 10 minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet.

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.
If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN:
3 pm, face-to-face or virtual check-in is available for you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.
CLEANING:
Daily cleaning is included in your reservation (exceptions apply).
PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).
CHECK OUT: 11 am.
VISITS:
Visitors are allowed, (exceptions apply).
The reservation includes 25 KW per day
We highly recommend you turn the lights and air-conditioner off whenever you’re not using them.
The unit comes with NEST AC Controllers, we will be happy to help you to learn to use it. The recommendation to use the NEST AC between 22 and 24 C°(71 F - 75 F), turn off when you leave the condo, and of course shut down the lights and tv while not using.
GENERAL

-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
- We arrange personal services such as private transportation, stock your fridge with your favorite meals, drinks, and snacks, or any restaurant and tour reservations (fees may apply).
