Beautiful ocean views

Mother - Daughter Time together
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayClassical Spanish condo…Beautiful rooftop pool..It was hot and very humid.. The air conditioners were only in the bedrooms, and did not cool the living room, dining area and kitchen..
The listing said “washer and dryer “ but they were in the basement..
We were on the 8th floor.. Lovely view of the water.
Netflix was not working…I was told “no one else has had that problem”
Rob, the owner was responsive to my communications.

My listing does state that the washer and dryer are in the basement and available 24 hours. And there is an elevator to take to the basement.
And yes the 3 months of summer can be very hot and humid. I'm sorry the AC was not adequate. Other guests close the exterior doors and windows and that circulates the air throughout the home. And I've never had a previous complaint being the owner since 1997.But I do understand everyone has a different temperature they'd like. Also each room except the kitchen has an overhead fan. I did work with you on the phone trying to get NETFLIX so I am sorry it did not work for your 3 day stay.

I know that so many of the newer condos in Vallarta have a distinct modern look and feel.
I decided to keep my condo in the old style rustic Mexican feel and look.
So many of my guests thank me for having my condo this way. They tell me that they like to feel they are in Mexico when traveling there. Not in a modern style hotel room.
My 50 photos show the colorful and cheerful Mexican decor and artwork throughout the home. And I do keep it updated with new paint, bedspreads, pillows , cushions and other items.

Beautiful condo and ammenities and staff

Secutity made some family that was worried feel very safe. Pool awesome. Food and shops surrounding close steps away great! Stores and vendors polite.
View from condo beautiful. Condo had all our needs for coffee. Blnder for drinks and we left some items like sugar, coffee other small things for next guests like they did for us!
We left cash gratuity for all staff.

Excellent Building
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was my family's first time in PV and we wanted to be in the heart of the town and explore the local food spots, shopping and beaches. This location provided all that and more. We were in walking distance of the tourist like restaurants on the malecón and the local food stands and taquerias where locals eat and we enjoyed both. I highly recommend Panchos Takos for the best authentic street taco experience (about 2 block east of the condo).
The building and concierge service was an added bonus. The building is under servailance and security 24/7 and there's cleaning service everyday if you like. My son broke a glass on the second day, which I had no problem replacing, but don't expect any cleaning supply in the condo. I had to go down to administration and file an order for someone to clean up the glass. There's also no washer or dryer in the condo as I thought there would be. The washer and dryer is in the basement of the building and if you would like to wash/dry a load there's a $75 peso fee per hour to use them. This got complicated because I had to go out and buy laundry soap since none is provided. Once I washed my clothes I noticed the washer did not even clean our clothes properly, so my recommendation is to just avoid using their washer and dryer. It was just not worth it. Oher than that, the property is beautiful and location is perfect.

Best Authentic Condo!
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you're looking for authentic Mexico decor with the modern amenities of home, this condo can't be beat. We were footsteps from restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The sunset view from the balcony is second to none and the breeze from the ocean cools the entire unit when you don't want to use A/C. We would stay here again!
