Amazing pools and location. A short taxi ride in either direction to both the Marina and the town center.

Luxurious Oceanfront Condo: Spacious Elegance with Stunning Views
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at this oceanfront condo in Puerto Vallarta was exceptional. The spacious layout with 3 large bedrooms, provided tons of room for our family. The breathtaking ocean views from the condo were matched by the 4 super chill Infiniti pools, which were perfect for taking for relaxing and taking in the the scenery. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and shopping. The hosts were incredible welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking to experience the best of Puerto Vallarta.

We had a family of six. Two grandparents two adults and two teenagers. The condo was enough room for all six of us to hang out comfortably and not be on top of each other. they had plenty of beach towels for our use all week. They had plenty of bath towels. Each bathroom had a Small travel size shampoo that they provide. So you might want to pick up some Toiletries at the store. La Commer is awesome, we preferred going there then Walmart or Costco. It’s a solid 35 minute walk from the condo. Isla mall is right next-door and was very convenient. Campomar and A group of restaurants across the street were really good eats. Although we really enjoyed the restaurant next to the pool at the condo. Solid breakfast, lunch and dinners. The owners were very responsive! AC was plenty cool. We actually got a little cold! The pools are very clean. Security is tight so we felt very safe. Make sure to bring your wrist band or you won’t get back in. Our 14-year-old son loved going next-door to the The outdoor mall and buying gourmet ice cream bars. He did this every day by himself. One day he forgot his band and they wouldn’t let him through the front gate. So we had to run one down for him. We definitely will be back!

Unfortunate
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt's unfortunate that the single housekeeper was still in the unit at 6 pm for a turnaround to us. Unfortunate included: 1) dirty (slick with oil) pan in toaster oven/air fryer 2) over 50% of dishes cracked or chipped 3) filthy rug under dining table 4) dishwasher ineffective - soap didn't dissolve - which is probably why many dirty dishes and cutlery in cabinets 5) Netflix couldn't "scroll" up enough to watch a movie 6) light out in bathroom.
There were no exit instructions, rare for a VRBO. The explanation of "black foot syndrome" to vindicate dirty floors...would probably have been better to request guests take shoes off. No local maps. "Toothbrush" cups in bathrooms were filthy.
It's a lovely place, just needs more attention to details.

PV Resort Condo

Well equipped kitchen made preparing and serving meals quick & easy, plenty of room for privacy or hanging out with others. Uber friendly, taxis out front gate, steps to public transportation. Great views of the city, beaches, and pool. Hector was able to meet special requests for both checkin & checkout. Highly recommend.
