Beautiful & relaxing Condo Verde in prestigious Conchas Chinas

Welcome to Casa Linda in Conchas Chinas. Condo Verde is the middle unit of 3 separate & unique condos, each with their own style and design. The condo is approximately 1000 square feet with a private patio approximately 500 square feet. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, water dispenser, and all the kitchenware needed. The major rooms and pool face Northwest and enjoy a view of a greenbelt teeming with wildlife and Banderas Bay. (NO DIRECT SUN on terrace/pool from Oct to March). Grab our complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs and take a 10 minute walk to Playa Conchas Chinas or access to the local bus just minutes from Old Town in PV. A large pool, gas BBQ, and lounge chairs await you for relaxation and fun! Plenty of other amenities plus the solitude of Casa Linda will make your Puerto Vallarta experience unforgettable!
Due to the relaxing atmosphere we try to provide, no children allowed.

Absolutely gorgeous

The property was amazing - better than the pictures. The condo was bright and airy with beautiful ocean views. Both of the bedrooms, which were located on opposite ends of the unit, had balcony access. Note: If you don't plan on having a car or taking an Uber everywhere, and want to take the bus (which is VERY conviently located at the bottom of the hill), the walk to the apartment from the street/bus stop is pretty strenuous. Not only are the hills steep, but the cobblestone road makes it difficult to walk on. My friend and I are in good shape and walked up and down multiple times so it is doable, but tiring. The bus to town costs only 10 pesos and takes about 10 minutes which is great if you don't want to stay in the city but have access to it. I would highly recommend.

Grab This One While You Can!

My sister and I just returned from nearly a week there. I truly can’t say enough to convey how wonderful this gorgeous, comfortable, and utterly perfect condo is. Sometimes photos are misleading, and the disappointment upon arrival, sharp. Not this time. Every single photograph on Vrbo is accurate and I would even go so far as to say the pictures don’t do the place justice. We had everything we could have possibly needed, AND wanted. It truly was above and beyond. Don’t hesitate. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Condo verde

We just got back from a week stay in condo verde. The stay was fantastic. The location was perfect for our use. It was very inexpensive to get rides to and from old town and zona romantico. We never went down to the beach in Conchas Chinas, but did use the pool. It was close enough to all the activities that we would go do stuff in the morning and then take uber back and then go back out at night. However, still in more of a neighborhood style setting without the hustle and bustle outside of your door. The view is also amazing.

Beautiful perch above Conchas Chinas

Everything was lovely. The condo functions very well and lives large with the massive balcony effectively doubling the size of every room. The views are captivating. Every night after putting the kids to bed, we enjoyed drinks while soaking in the scene.The location is quite close to Zona Romantica and a relatively easy walk down to the beach. We did find that having a car made things especially nice. Mercedes, Ian, and Gris were all incredibly nice and welcoming.We will return!!!

All the amenities you would need and then some! Love that they had water so we didn’t have to lug from the store. Views were great, the pool was really nice and clean. The walk to the beach is very steep.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay, this was our second year in a row. Mercedes is fantastic, she greets us and is there if any needs arise. We had groceries stocked for us this time. It’s a beautiful condo, great views, every amenity. The best is the deck overlooking a small forest of trees with iguanas and birds galore. Not to mention spotting several whales with the fabulous ocean view!!! Simply put, it’s a wonderful slice of paradise.

Excellent stay

We just finished a week in Puerto Vallarta staying at Casa Verde in Conchas Chinas. The stay was excellent, the view amazing. Mercedes and Ian were very kind and responsive to any question or detail we needed help with. Rodney was super communicative and had lots of great recommendations for places to eat, things to do and see. Excellent stay!

Birthday celebration

This is not the first, and will not be the last time that we have stayed at this beautiful location to celebrate a birthday. The privacy and accommodations have always been excellent. Watching the whales from the balcony has always given us joy. It is an easy UBER ride into the city. It would be hard to go to Puerto Vallarta and not stay here.

Spacious Apartment with a Great View in a Nice Neighborhood

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, though a bit dated. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood about 3 miles from town. Enjoyed the great view of the bay from the balcony and the quietness of the property. Access requires walking down and up two steep and long sets of stairs. Access from the apartment to the pool also requires walking two sets of stairs. In addition, the bathroom with the beautiful stone tub is impractical to use as it is difficult and somewhat dangerous, in my opinion, to climb in and out of because of its height and narrow steps at an angle. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet, nice, place and has no physical limitations.

Our stay was from June 9-14, and we absolutely LOVED it here and are definitely coming back. Mercedes was great she arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, if I had any questions she responded to me in a timely manner, she made us feel so welcomed. The condo is spacious, beautiful and clean. Oh, and the shower pressure was fabulous! The owner Rod left us a little basket of goodies and a bottle of wine and he communicated with me prior to us arriving. Our overall experience staying here was great!

Great, quiet, beautiful location

Spent ten days at the Casa Verde. It was very clean, the views where breathtaking. Very short Uber ride to Romatico Zona. There are some small local restaurants close in the neighborhood and worth your time. The Concha China Beach is an easy walk. Further there is a very nice compilation guide of walks and information. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to be away from the large resorts and desire peace and quiet. Finally, we felt very safe.

Beautiful Condo in Conchas Chinas

This condo is located in a beautiful area just minutes away from Old Towne PV. The view of the surrounding area and the bay is spectacular. The condo is everything and more as pictured on VRBO. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would possibly need. We stayed 10 days and housekeeping did come in mid week. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this condo. Also, for transportation, Uber worked out great and was the least expensive.,

Great accommodations plus fabulous view

It was a pleasure to be a guest at Condo Verde. Absolutely nothing was missing - very complete kitchen, umbrella and beach chairs and comfort built throughout the accommodations. Great huge balcony to enjoy watching the Iguanas frolicking in the tree tops and whales in the bay. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Very nice place

Best place ever! The magic is Mercedes & Ian
they were amazing & made our stay perfect! The location is close to Centro (5 minute bus ride), then walk the Romantica district to Malecon. The pool had no sun this time of year..and that worked out beautifully as the condo stayed cool. Loved watching whales (binoculars provided!), iguanas, parakeets, and waking up to the chakalas! We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

We loved it and already booked our next visit. The condo was spacious and well stocked. The best part were all the doors opening to the deck. There were birds and iguanas in the trees below us. The ocean and view of PV right there. The property manager and owner were both super helpful. Highly recommend!

Three Weeks in beautiful Conchas Chinas Villa Verde

My husband and I stayed at Villa Verde for three weeks over the holidays. The property is just as nice as it looks online. We found it very relaxing to sit on the expansive balcony in the mornings and listen to the many birds, watch the iguanas, and the stunning view of Banderas Bay. On two occasions we even saw whales from the balcony! The apartment itself is quite comfortable. Beds were more comfortable than any resort I've been to in Mexico. There are many small perks not advertised online, for example there is a water bubbler in the unit, so no need to buy your own bottled water (perhaps bring your own bottle for excursions to refill). There is a nice beach bag and insulated grocery bag provided. The beach chairs have built in insulated storage that make them easy to bring everything you need to the beach. The cleaning lady came weekly (ask when so you can plan to be out of her way). We cooked in frequently, and the kitchen had all the basics you would need. Things like salt/pepper, dish (and laundry) soap, kleenex and paper towels were all provided. It is very safe and quiet feeling. As others have mentioned, it is a steep walk to the main road but manageable (you will be in better shape when you leave!) Getting to the beach carrying the chairs was easier than I expected. The bus system is relatively simple to get around. We even used it go to the botanical gardens (a must!) as well as some beaches south of town.

Fabulous Condo Verde!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our birthdays! The condo is spacious with an amazing full balcony across the whole place, where we ate breakfast while admiring the beautiful view every day. The kitchen and appliances are all clean & work perfectly. We can’t wait to return!!

A luxury apartment

This is a spacious property, very well furnished and equipped. The balcony is extensive with plenty of room to spread out. The pool area is also large with loungers, tables and umbrellas. There are only three apartments in the building and my family seemed to have the whole place to themselves for the week they were there. The only drawback for some people may the steep climb from the main road if you have physical difficulties with walking.
