Casa Montaña is jewel-box style home, a private villa, overlooking Banderas Bay. It features a luxurious master suite and patio perfect for sunset viewing, slightly smaller guest suite and patio and an incredibly inviting private pool surrounded by tropical flowers. Its quiet location in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood, near Old Town Vallarta , makes it a perfect honeymoon haven or vacation getaway for up to 4 adults. The villa is tucked into a lush, tropical hillside. You'll awaken to birdsong and butterflies dancing through the flowers. Later in the day, viewing a stunning sunset on the patio while sipping a margarita or a glass of wine could easily become your favorite pastime. ***On this site, I want to offer some help in looking for available dates for your stay. When you select the dates that you want to stay on our calendar, if the dates don't correspond perfectly, it can appear that we are full, when we are not. You will need go to the calendar page, scroll down all the way to the bottom and then you will be able to see what the availability truly is. I wanted to share this information with you in the beginning of the listing so you don't give up on us. We have a minimum number of days that we require for each booking, in each season. Sometimes available dates are less than the minimum number asked, in which case a booking is fine. The villa is professionally & meticulously decorated in sophisticated Old Mexico style, and equipped with modern amenities and housekeeping. Keeping in mind that many of us are now working outside of our offices, we offer excellent wi-fi throughout the villa. Casa Montaña graciously integrates indoor & outdoor living. Three sets of French doors open from the living room to embrace the large terrace and the inviting azure water of the pool. This private haven is a short stroll to the Conchas Chinas white-sand beach and an easy walk or taxi ride into Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, also known as Old Town. With its picturesque gardens, cobblestone streets, galleries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and music, Puerto Vallarta is a great walking town. The villa is managed by Admin Homes of Puerto Vallarta, they ensure the pool, grounds and all other physical aspects of the villa are well maintained. Additionally, the Admin Homes staff is available on site to help our guests, should anything come up that requires some assistance. Maria is our new chef and housekeeper. After many years of amazing service, our wonderful Flor has retired. We appreciate the many years she devoted to us. Our primary goal remains the same, taking care of our guests and allowing them to relax in an environment that is lovely, peaceful and restorative. Not only does Maria see that you enjoy fresh linens and daily bathroom tending, she will also prepare her delicious culinary specialties upon request with a little advance notice. Maria and our staff respond as quickly as possible to address our guests' questions or concerns. Maria is a talented chef --
if you wish, she can prepare a full breakfast of huevos rancheros, pancakes, omelettes or whatever you desire. A small charge per person is required for her to prepare the meals and guests are asked to purchase the food that they would like to have prepared. A continental breakfast can be prepared for $4 per guest. Other options are: a per person charge for the following meals; full breakfast $8, lunch is $10 and dinner is $15.

Maria's cooking specialties as well as cookbooks are available to help in menu planning. She is flexible and truly enjoys making sure our guests are pleased and content. Since Maria's arrival, she is receiving rave reviews from everyone that has stayed with us.

**** Our new Cancellation Policy -- due to Covid-19 or for any other reason. In the event the virus makes travel unsafe and/or a guest chooses to cancel their booking, we will refund the deposit for the full amount, provided it is 60 days or more in advance of the arrival date. If cancellation takes place inside of the 60 day requirement but not less than 30 days, the guest is refunded 70% of their deposit.
