We had a wonderful stay at Garza Blanca. The service was excellent, the food was wonderful. The staff that served us were very kind and courteous. The only issue we came across was at check out having a Premium Internet charge of 1810.00 pesos when we only used the free internet. We had to show our devices to prove we didnt have it on the premium to get that charge off the bill.

We checked into our hotel Sunday, July 7th for our last honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, due to being booked on the first floor of tower 5 next to the elevator we were unable to sleep. Every guest and staff member that needed access to the building disrupted us with noise. We brought this to the attention of the check in staff on Monday morning around 11am. They informed us that we could check in around 4pm to see if anything was available to switch into. When we stopped by around 4pm they then told us to return at 6pm when Ameya the supervisor would help us out. When we arrived once again she was not available and were told she would call us by 7pm that night. She never called and so the following morning we spoke to Angel who told us that there was no supervisor on staff and that she had told us that no matter where we stayed would be dealing with noise. He told us we have not gotten calls back because there is no reason to call us back if there is nothing they can do for us. He informed to call back after we finished breakfast and to ask for him. We called and they told us he was unavailable and would call us. He never called us and when we stopped by the checkin desk in the evening that same day they then told us that the supervisor was in a conference so she could not meet with us but would call us. Once again, we were not contacted and no supervisor had the respect to simply speak to us and let us know what is going on.

We love Garza Blanca. This is our second time staying here. Ponciano and all of the other staff are excellent and made our experience that much more amazing. We loved the pool accommodations and our room was spacious and well thought out. I continue to recommend this place to everyone I know and this won't be our last time here.

Great property, amazing food, and super friendly staff. The only downside is that I did not receive the room I paid for. I actually got downgraded, not upgraded.
