Poor housekeeping service. Poor communication of hotel staffs during checkin procedure. Access to different locations is very inconvenient.

This property is meant for more couples and not family oriented. We booked through Expedia that stated they had 7 dining options but of the 7 one is not included in the all inclusive and the other 3 are strictly for adults and out of the 3 where my kids could eat at one of them is closed literally the whole week. We had to eat at the same two restaurants the 5 days we were there. This resort also charges for any extra snacks you may need in your room along with extra water. Management isn’t very helpful either. We spent so much money to stay at this property and yet we were limited to being able to enjoy the resort entirely. Also if you are planning on staying be aware that there is construction going on and some of the rooms are literally facing the construction workers and the noise.

The all inclusive service is not worth. Once you pay $900.00 usd for 3 nights you will be billed another $1000.00 as of food not included in the all inclusive services. They don’t explain to you the type of food you order if its included or not. Plus the menu for the inclusive item ilare very poor and not worth $300.00 a day. Staff tipped them selfs other than us tipping in cash multiple times. You have to pay for wifi service a $100.00 for the stay. No shuttle service to airport as explained in app description.

I like the greenery and the spa. But food/ restaurants are limited. To entertainment after 7/8. You basically have to sleep after that. Also the base tower is too small and my ocean front room was kinda smelly
