I had left my phone back in Canada by accident , a friend came to the hotel and left me several messages with the front desk I did not receive any , and lost out on many opportunities because of this .
They also said they do not offer wake up calls !
When trying to call the front desk for days rarely are the phones answered and when they are they hang up on you when you don’t speak Spanish

Perfect PV retro hotel. Everything you need. Friendly staff. Gave us a great room unlike some other hotels that give Expedia bookings the unwanted rooms.

Reception (Noemi) was very rude. Pool and restaurant area was great. Room was very dirty.

The bathroom was clogged, the air conditioning was noisy. The location is great, in front of the beach, the pool is huge.

Big regret, they advertised different pictures of the property too different from what they have in rooms and parking and isn’t safe for a family stay, the big problem is the employees, you must have the information of your booking or other wise you won’t be able to check in even though you paid for it in advance.
