Beware: Staff Fails to Secure Guest Belongings
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsDuring my stay, I left a valuable gold chain in my room. After housekeeping cleaned the room, the chain was missing. I immediately contacted management and security, but unfortunately, it was not recovered. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled — rather than helping me resolve the issue, management seemed more focused on shifting the blame.
To add to the confusion, I found a note in my room offering someone else 30,000 Hyatt points as compensation for a similar issue. When I brought this to their attention, management quickly took the letter, claiming it was meant for another guest.
If you're concerned about the safety of your personal belongings, I would recommend reconsidering staying at this property. My experience has left me questioning the level of security and accountability provided here.

Although the property was under under renovation, our room was clean, fairly quiet relax. The best food is in the buffet by far. Different options for pools. We did stay on the 20th floor and the penthouse was above us and had a leak, but the staff was quick to move us an accommodating. As soon as you check in, there is a push for sales for Hyatt program . They will give you a free spa or something like that if you’re interested.

Great resort. Amazing food. Only thing wrong was the construction going on and the loud noises.

Stayed here my girlfriend, we had a wonderful time. Location was perfect; nice private, quite beach. All the staffs were welcoming and friendly. Food was great, all the restaurants are very clean and the drinks were 10/10. Also want to give a shoutout to the cayak instructor Kevin! He was very friendly and made our time very special and unforgettable. Me and my girlfriend are seriously considering having our wedding here. Thanks everyone for the hospitality! We’ll be back soon!

Property was great, a lot of construction happening all around us so the constant banging of machines and tools going on was a bit overwhelming. Other than that great location.
