Great location and pool, modern space
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a six night stay here, and were thrilled with the proximity to the beach, the Malecon, restaurants, and night life. The area felt safe and inviting. The condo/home was bright and modern with huge windows and a charming balcony. We made use of the washer/dryer and enjoyed having a second bathroom. The highlight of the stay had to be the stunning rooftop pool area. Certainly a gathering place for people in the building, we enjoyed the views and the friendly bar service (10a-10p). Host communication was timely and helpful, and we were greeted promptly upon our arrival for a tour and to get our keys. When we return to PV, this property will be at the top of our list.

Good Stay and Will be Better next time
Publié le 8 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy past stays thru VRBO were pretty seamless from reservation to payment and communicating with the PMs. This time was different as the Pier 57/ALILA have their own system. The PMs should prompt their guests for payment and information on how to pay from the time of reservation. -Also when to pay the security deposit as their online check in was requesting $1000USD after I already paid it. Late check in seemed very difficult as well, but it was a busy weekend and the front desk security do not seem engaging as other properties I've stayed at nearby. The condo, location, and pool were amazing and worth the stay.

Killer rooftop pool!

Hi Jeffrey, we are a company to manage 24 properties and our payment system is with us directly ( with our terminal, by bank transfer, or Paypal), in VRBO you just pay the VRBO commission but we can not pay your stay. Is just the only way.
