The check in experience was subpar. The room itself was supposed to be a “double room king bed”, instead it was a single room with two twin beds, because they were out of king beds???

A family vacation
Stayed for two weeks and the hotel staff was very helpful to make our stay pleasant. This is a family hotel with good food and entertainment. If you like a swimming pool or easy beach access this is the place to stay. It’s also a good location to walk to many locations and restaurants in the area

I loved the hotel only one thing I rented 4 rooms and one of them for 4 people and only house keeper put one towel for 4 guests. My family asked for more towels never get them until last night. Not aceptable!! I will be more aware rooms have everything for my guests.
