Four Nights in PV
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay was overall good! The house is in a great location and we were able to walk or take a quick (cheap) Uber to most places. The house was nicely furnished and clean. There were a couple of issues with the house - two rooms where the AC was not working efficiently, the shades in the living room could not be lowered, and one of the bedroom doors could not be locked.

Excellent stay at an even better property
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an incredible stay at this property. From booking, through check out, the communication was prompt and efficient from the unit owner and property manager. Check-in was a breeze; could not have been easier.
The unit itself was immaculate. New finishings throughout. Everything was very clean and modern. WiFi and tv systems worked flawlessly. The view from the pool is a sight to behold. I’d be hard pressed to find a better view in PV. Building was secure and the doormen were very friendly and helpful.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I could not recommend this unit more. I would definitely return if I am ever back in PV.

We had a chef for most mornings and that was helpful to get the day started. Manager was always communicative and excellent.

Beautiful property, attentive host
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place is very comfortable with amazing views. When we needed a supply, the host dropped it off immediately and is very responsive.
I wish written check-in details and instructions were included in the space provided by Vrbo. I only got a text with door codes and wifi. The first guest to arrive got a walk-through with a couple verbal instructions but they had to try to remember what to relay to the rest of us.
Also there was conflicting rules given regarding guests. The door person said any are allowed during the day. The HOA said none are allowed. The host said maybe a couple sometimes. The correct policy needs to be disclosed in the description before booking. People decide where to book based on this information. I probably would have chosen elsewhere had I known not a single guest is actually ever allowed.

Beautiful Hideaway in Puerto Vallarta
Publié le 24 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely gorgeous! It felt super luxurious, and I loved my stay. The location on a hill meant walking everywhere wasn't always easy, but rideshares were super affordable - like $3 each way! There were just a couple of minor things that needed attention, like the TV and the shade in the living room. Overall, though, it was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it! 5 stars for this PV haven!

Beautiful stay, amazing property manager, 10/10!

Family Vacation
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe townhouse was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for 9 people. Everyone had their own space and the private pool was amazing.
Patrick the property manager was great to deal with and responded quickly to our questions.
The building is high on the hill giving you the best views of PV and the sunsets. There are some great restaurants on the hill and about a 10 minute walk down the hill/steps to town.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling with a large group.

Amazing property!

The condo was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for our group of friends to spread out when needed, but also be together. The rooftop pool is luxurious and was definitely one of the highlights of the place. The communication of the property manager was stellar, I highly recommend that you check this property out if you’re staying in the area. The views are unreal and you will see the most beautiful sunsets.
