My absolute favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta

The view is unobstructed, the veranda is huge, the location is ideal. WiFi is reliable. The owner has thought of every little detail. Juan Carlos is the property manager & he is on the ball! Easily accessible, totally reliable & a real gentleman. Juan can help arrange airport pick up, rental car if desired & knows everyone in town who can help make your stay in PV the best vacation ever! I have been a guest at 406 several times & will continue to come back here at every opportunity. Love love love this faaaabuuuulous residence!!!

Great little get away

Great rental
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is extremely well stocked and everything listed in posting. Great areas close to everything. Only thing i would improve is the tv. It’s very small and tv are really cheap now. Also make sure you book your own airport transportation. It was set up by local team and over three times the taxi and Uber rates. We would stay here again

The Signature 406 properry was exactly as presented, but even more so with anything and everything you could possibly need - extra towels, beach towels, reusable bags for grocery shopping, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and every kitchen item you could ever want or need.possibly need. sheets

Relaxing getaway other than challenging climb to unit.
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is amazing. Condo is beautiful, super comfortable (including beds) and very clean. Everything positive everyone has posted is true. Now before I say this I want to highlight that Guy made us aware of the elevator situation and offered us an out, but we decided to go anyway. Well, the elevators were out of order our entire stay and it was a struggle. So much so my husband didn’t leave the condo for two of the days worried he’d have a heart attack. There is 100 steps up from the ground floor. In such a beautiful well kept building it was surprising, no one was ever working on them to remedy. If you’re fit and handle stairs without issue it’s no question this place is fabulous and hopefully they get this fixed quick for all the owners and residents of the building.

Thanks for your review. Yes the elevators were a problem. That is why I let you know as soon as we got the news. The ordered parts are now scheduled to arrive on July 20th. The repairs will start then. We blocked off all the available dates in July before July 23rd. As for the 2 rentals before that date, yours and somebody else's, we offered a way out with full compensation, or discounted fee, or whatever solution would be acceptable to our guests. Thank God your husband fell comfortable in the unit. So sorry again for that unpredictable event. What are the odds that both elevators would break down at the same time, both needing parts that had to be ordered. So sorry!
