Almost Perfect
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe view alone and size of the balcony is a good enough reason to stay here. It is very close to the beach and in the heart of the best part of the Zona Romántica. It is clean and updated. The kitchen is functional. There is a washer and dryer and that’s a plus. The property is fairly secluded and away from the crowds for being in the heart of the zone. The pool is beautiful but it doesn’t get full sun until later in the day. It is almost perfect.
So what would make it perfect? A newer bed. The bed is a king but it is old and very soft. So a new firmer mattress would be awesome. It also wouldn’t hurt to have better sheets that weren’t 100% polyester. Also, the apartment could use some plants and decor. But for us these were small things that would not prevent me from staying here again. They would just make the place perfect. But overall, I would not hesitate booking this apartment. You won’t be sorry.

Really nice space with awesome views

The views of the bay are spectacular. Checkin/out was easy. Communication was prompt. All around great place.

Prime location and view.

A lot of clouds and some rain but we managed to take in a couple of sunsets from the balcony. The unit is well furnished. It could benefit from some local art as there is nothing but TV’s on the walls. Aside from that, everything was great!

Great condo and great service in Old Town
Publié le 31 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was exactly as pictured. Everything about the place was great. Casa Hill was a great host with good communication and very friendly service from Eli, who greeted me, and the rest of their team.
Not a single complaint and will definitely be back and rent from Casa Hill elsewhere in the future.

Thank you Bob for staying with us and your review. We are sorry and understand your stay was impacted as the the fridge suddenly stopped working on your 3rd day and we tried to get it replaced the next day after you reported and replaced it with new fridge just the day after. We also gave you discount and additional refunds even after replacing the fridge which is the best we could do.
