Excellent à tout point de vue sauf construction majeure et très bruyante, aucun avertissement au préalable, très déçu de ne pas avoir été informé auparavant.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. September is slow month in PV, and the resort was not at all crowded, which was nice. We had a room with two queen beds instead of a king, but a king would have been a different category grade of room. All the rooms have beautiful, large, ocean-view balconies. A/C was great. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a choice of many pillows. Two disappointments were the restaurant where the food was very bland, and the beach had very difficult entry and exit from the water. You can't blame the hotel for that because the beach had a steep pitch into the water which caused a difficult undertow when exiting. Once in the water and past the small breakers, the land fell away and you're quickly in deeper water. Few people went into the swimming area despite the presence of lifeguards. The vendors on the beach were annoying and brazen. They are supposed to stay beyond the roped-off area, but didn't. We've been to Mexico more times than we can count and expected vendors. However, the use of loud clown horns to attract attention detracts from peacefully relaxing at the beach. Not the resort's fault. In general, this is a very small, quiet resort. Maybe it's livelier in busier months, but it was pretty dead after dinner. September wasn't a great choice for various reasons. If it's not raining, it's sunny and humid with rain threatening in the evenings. Some restaurants downtown close until October.

Unico,nada.No me gusto la comida y me molesto que no me extendieran el check out por un par de horas aun pagando,el aire ac en la habitacion muy bueno pero en el resto del hotel nunca lo encendieron y por ultimo me cobraron una coneccion a internet que nunca realize,todo esto teniendo en cuenta que me hospede 2 veces en el año

We loved the welcome glass of bubbly when we arrived and were graciously greeted by multiple staff! We had a oceanfront, balcony room with a great view of the sandy beach out front. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, a nice big shower, and drinking water was provided each day. The pools were great, and we enjoyed the swim up bar. The wait staff in the restaurants were exceptionally attentive. The food was very good and well-presented. Suggested improvements: beds need a nice looking lightweight blanket instead of just a sheet, the decorative strip on the bottom of the bed needs replacement, there could have been more variety on the food. We definitely would return to this hotel and highly recommend it!
