Excellent à tout point de vue sauf construction majeure et très bruyante, aucun avertissement au préalable, très déçu de ne pas avoir été informé auparavant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean all the time the stand for excellent and took care of our every need. And the dining options were varied and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the property.

The pools were great. Centrally located was convenient to the center. Beach and restaurants were clean. They had very poor housekeeping and butler service was non existent. The loud disco music at the pools was all day long. Not a relaxing atmosphere

We had excellent service - the housekeeping in the room was very good. The food was among the best we have had at an all-inclusive resort. Construction was going on to add additional rooms to the property, but it didn't bother us much. The wait staff at the restaurants was excellent.

The food was terrible. As a vip customer I expected better quality and bigger variety. The breakfast was horrible. Uncooked omelet and small portions.
The waiters expected me to tip them out all the time.
About the cleaning service they are coming into your room after 12:00 and that makes you feel uncomfortable because you can’t relax into your room.
This hotel doesn’t look like all inclusive but it looks more like a la carte
