Avis Waterfront Paraiso

Although on the 4th floor of the building, you enter the apartment at street level. There is a great view of the beach and sea. The apartment is spacious with a modernized kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was uncrowded and quiet. Both the pool and beach areas had plenty of lounge chairs. The children found toys at the beach level they were allowed to use in the sand.

The property location was amazing, and you can't beat the views and quality of the beach! Communication from the host was also great! Our family stayed in July, which is the off season due to extreme heat and humidity. However, the air conditioning worked very well, allowing for comfort after some long days outdoors. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a quiet and calm property to relax at and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. For those considering this property, please understand that excessive noise or partying will not be tolerated, so if thats what you're looking for, then I would suggest staying at a resort closer to the city. This location is definitely for the quieter, more respectful visitor.

The place was clean and comfortable for my wife and I and another couple to stay. The apartment sits right below road way so you don't get road noise. The view from the balcony was amazing. Nice distance from town and just a quick ride into town for drinks and food. Noise does carry through building but everyone was courteous and not noisy and the locals living in the building were all very nice when passing by or talking with them. Sunsets were amazing! There are two public beaches not too far on either side of this set of buildings but hardly anyone out in front of the buildings so you felt like you had privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful location right on a very quiet beach!! Can enjoy the sunsets on your balcony every night. Enjoyed having breakfast & coffee on the balcony each morning.
