Des progrès a faire…
Publié le 25 févr. 2023 sur Hotelsséjour d’une nuit en complement de plusieurs jours passés dans un autre herbegement à Isabella.
Hormis les festivités carnavalesques se situant sur la place juste devant l’hotel (pas de chance pour moi…), plusieurs fourmis dans les draps, une partie de cache cache avec une souris et un service express pour le petit déjeuners (on nous retire les plats à’peine achevés ne nous laissent pas une bonne image de cet hôtel.

Contre : Je ne sais pas, je n'ai trouvé aucun défaut
Emplacement : Promenade et surf sur une grande plage
Visite d'un centre d'élevage de tortues géantes
Excursions en bateau notamment aux TUNELES.
A l'arrivée après 2 h de bateau, accueillis avec un jus de maracuya bien frais, nous avons pu choisir l'emplacement de notre chambre et découvrir une magnifique vue sur la mer et les cocotiers

It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel on the beach, with very good beds and delicious breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful.
However, it can get really noisy during the weekend (we stayed 3 nights) because it is located right behind the town's main square where there are very loud speakers during the day.
Also, there's a soccer field next to the hotel, also with loud speakers until late at night, and they played several times on Saturday and Sunday. Monday night was quiet.

Nice hotel, uneven service.
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsSpent 3 nights here. The hotel was as advertised - right across from the beach, bright and well appointed with a small balcony that opened out to the road across from the beach.
The internet was wonky - there were at least 3 different wifis, none of which worked all that week from our room (first floor, beach facing). Breakfast was good, the pool was nice and in an open area.
When we confirmed, as required that we would arrive on our date and time, the day before via ferry, the hotel rep responded “we’ll be waiting for you.” No one showed up at the dock, when we asked the desk attendant she flatly said “we don’t do that, I’m not sure who told you that” - so we showed the message, and the response was “someone in Quito wrote that, I don’t know why, I’ll look into it.” We didn’t hear back.
Finally, be forewarned, they billed us for the room a full 2 months before the trip (even before the cancellation/refund period lapsed) “to reserve our room” because of high season. Not a huge problem, just not something that was expected based on selecting the “pay at the property” option.

The property and people were great. Their is a community soccer field adjoining the property on the side I stayed on and my room has an open screen window. Their were soccer games and music often in the mornings and one night until midnight, so it was noisy.
