The apartment is very clean and nice. However, we were promised to get a pick up at the boat dock which never happened and the code did not work for the door, so it was very frustrating with lack of communication.
Once and, the place looks very nice. We just got here.

This hotel was situated in the perfect area where you could walk to either the beach or the local side of town. It's also directly across from a lagoon that hosts a family of pink flamingos!
The rooms were very spacious, and housekeeping kept the place spotless, even with everyone traipsing back and forth to the beach.
We were also impressed with the service here, from breakfast to taxi booking. At one point, we wanted to make drinks in our room. The receptionist ran all the way upstairs to the kitchen to cut our limes and even washed fresh glasses. Talk about above and beyond!

Lovely town
Publié le 19 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is in a great location. The town is very small so you can get anywhere quickly by walking or cheap taxi (truck). The flamingos are wonderful to see anytime if the day or evening. There are around ten in the lagoon. The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful.
Isabela was a favourite part of our trip. The sunset is stunning and wildlife is everywhere.

The staff at Hotel LaLaguna is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are very comfortable (air conditioned, too) & they offer a hot breakfast each morning. Everyone was friendly / welcoming- they also helped me book some tours! I definitely recommend this hotel!!
