Needs an upgrade in many parts of the facility. But a lot of fun and food was amazing and kids and adults all v happy.

We were upgraded to the Villa del Parco and had an exceptional experience. Alessandro, the manager of this property, went out of his way to make us feel special. He is a real asset to this business, and his people handling skills are second to none.

The facilities and property was great. The service could have been better at check in and at restaurants. It is not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for

Самый отвратительный отель, в котором я когда-либо была.Мы в первый раз в жизни взяли бунгало.(по цене -10 тыс евро за 10 ночей должно было быть прилично)Отель сам,видимо, старый очень..Халаты такого вида, что им лет 100.Начнём с того, что они пишут на сайте, что площадь бунгало 35 кв метров..это явно не так! Наверное считали с лужайкой вместе..Внутри все напоминает домик с турбазы..все очень неудобно и нефункционально, некуда разместить вещи (один очень маленький шкафчик на троих)..чемоданы так и валялялись посреди комнаты весь отпуск.душ без стенки, когда моешься во всей ванной просто потоп..в душе плесень..каждые несколько дней из крана у нас выползала группа крылатых муравьев в количестве примерно 50 особей.,комары также присутствуют.. Также в нашей зоне не ловил вай фай..вообще! То есть если вы рассчитываете на отдыхе отвечать на какие-то письма или смотреть фильмы -забудьте!на шведском столе ничего особенного,а в ресторанах и подавно..суши(два ролла за 5000 руб) отвратительные..фрукты какие-то недозревшие или наоборот уже умирающие..В румсервис заказала картошку фри и то принесли в баночке майонез,в который уже кто-то тыкал чем-то)Вода в бассейнах в принципе не подогревается,только в одном маленьком,куда и стекается весь отель с детками.Пляж узкий,лежаков очень мало..Есть неплохой аквапарк, правда также с ледяной водой, и работает по расписанию..Когда я вышла на террасу полежать,я наслаждалась звуками лобзика..В июне у них ещё не все работает и они что-то готовят, пилят

Resort has many facilities to keep you occupied, however, they are over priced for what they have to offer. Swimming pools could do with being heated, was no wonder why many people wouldn’t enter the pool.
