Management was so kind and welcoming. This property is very old and in desperate need of some repairs or renovations. When we arrived, our door was stuck closed. After literally throwing our bodies against the door to open it, the door finally opened, but it refused to latch after that. I did not feel safe staying in a room that wouldn’t latch or lock. We called the front and they sent the repair guy who was very kind. He did his best to repair the issue (the latch plate was misaligned and missing a screw, which had caused it to be stuck in the first place) and even came back the next morning to complete the repair. While the hotel building itself was in some disarray, the staff was so kind and friendly and quick to attend to our problems. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Don't bother!!

Well, let's see. This property had great reviews, and I have no idea why. Unless you are braver than we were, don't book the loft!! It's dangerous. Your head will thank you. There is no elevator and you have to go outside to climb the stairs to the second floor. Not fun in freezing temps. We had to crank the heat up to 80° to warm up the room. The bed was murder on our backs. It sank in the middle. What else can I say? For a $100 room, we were very disappointed.

Used this as our home base for a visit to eastern Washington and western Idaho. Not a fancy place by any stretch, but the location is great - right next door to a pizza place, Baskin Robbins, and a burger joint, and across the street from a coffee kiosk and a card room/bowling alley. Not great, but good enough, if that makes sense.
