Rats in room and AC not working. staff is very cooperative and helpful

I needed plates n cold drinks for dinner,having requesting them twice on intercom, but they didn't provide me plates.I had to out to shop for cold drinks n plates.. It was so dissapointing.

Dear Sir, our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you. We have an in house Restaurant and Bar from which we offer room service for our Hotel Guests. We do not encourage outside food at our hotel. Your request for plates for food ordered from outside may have caused confusion and delay in service of the same. Regards,

Pathetic experience

Room was unclean, unhygienic, dusty and dirty. Expedia must take accountability for wrongly advertised properties. I paid 1240 INR per night. In reality, this room is not even worth INR 200. I have the pictures to prove my point. Never coming back to Expedia if you don't make it up to me for such a horrible experience. I expect nothing less than a full refund of my money. And all so important to refund it from the hotel. Appreciate if Expedia contacts me for the pictures before contacting the property.
