The Good and the Not so Good

The room was not terribly clean upon arrival, but a manager quickly corrected that after I answered a hotels.com check in survey; however, I still had really inconsistent housekeeping service. The towels are old and the bed mediocre with uncomfortable pillows. Laundry inexpensive and fast. Area safe with a supermarket and mall in easy walking distance. Actually very good value for the price. Fyi: Last time I stayed in 4th floor and has better luck with housekeeping.

Bathrooms were miserable
Room service rates too high tooo high poor service cutlery cups etc
