The staff is really good and friendly. They are warm and remembered me from the past stays. They are very helpful and willing to accommodate needs.
The breakfast is excellent. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places. Will stay there again.

It is a cheap place in easily accessible location. The breakfast is typical Indian food with variety. They also have sandwiches and watermelon + banana. The tea is good. In my room, one of the water pipe was rusted. The toilet was not clean. So you experience Indian style living 😀. Also found a big on my bed.The staff is very polite and helpful. They get 5*. If you are traveling for business and OK with the above living conditions, it is OK. But not for family stay.

1 ) For un clean bathroom you didnt get the room cleaned since you checked in and same for the room also , we requested you to get it cleaned on the third day as you never left the keys while you went out in the morning and didnt even asked for house keeping so it wont be fare enough to say that the bathroom and room was not clean for the above reason for information we get room service done every day so the guest gets a fresh room every day .
2 ) We are basically a family and a corporate hotel and we focus a lot on cleanness . we always tell our guest to please call us on reception so we can solve the issues immediately so it wont be fare enough to judge the hotel is not a family hotel for the above reason . We hope you give us chance to serve you again .

Reasonably central,clean but basic accommodation.

Pour : The breakfast provided was good.
Contre : Rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade.
Emplacement : Not sure.There was a park next door
After a negative experience,trying to reach another hotel in town by taxi(driver instructed by staff member) the Manager was extremely helpful in getting us bus tickets for the next day to another town,and ensured our cab driver spoke English and knew where we néeded to go.That worked out very well.

Absolute Worst Hotel
Publié le 10 mars 2016 sur HotelsThis property is indeed a two-star moth ball / moldy hotel. The room is dark. Based on what a few guest wrote it is pretty accurate. Dingy is the word. Overpriced for what you get. The only redeeming quality is some of staff is friendly and breakfast selections were good. This property has so much potential to be a great hotel with some upgrade and some deep cleaning. Why does 2 stars have to be dirty?
There was one staff member that took offense of my presence. He mocked me several times as I walked away and the other staff's facial responses alerted me his somewhat quiet comments were not favorable. Unfortunately, I had to encounter him the next morning the next day to have my trousers cleaned and pressed. I am halfway upstairs and I could here the bag hit the floor. My guess is that he tossed the bag across the room.
In short, my trousers were never given to the person to have them cleaned. It sat all day in the little room by the desk. He gave an excuse the pants weren't ready that there was some problem with the machine. He did provide an obligatory “I’m sorry.”
Very unprofessional. I am not asking anyone to usher me any respect but I do expect to be treated as guest.
I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome, well placed economical hotel
Publié le 20 sept. 2015 sur Hotelsi will always stay only at Hotel Sapna whenever I visit Pune - this is the most conveniently located property, very courteous management, friendly and always willing to assist staff... Also they serve delicious breakfast!!

Great place for the price
Publié le 7 mars 2015 sur HotelsI was only in for an evening, and got in late. The service was very accommodating and pleasant (and even helped me get bottled water at 1am). Good wifi in the room (which is rare at so many low-cost hotels. The room is spacious and comfortable with a large opening window and lots of natural light, which I really appreciate. A good shower with hot water was a plus.
The only downsides: the sheets were discolored, and my double bed was covered with two single overlaid duvets. For the price, I was happy to tolerate this. I wish the staff had communicated to me that breakfast is delivered directly to the room, and that notice is needed. I was in a rush so didn't have time to wait around in my room for breakfast. Overall, good location and good value.
