Room great!! Hotel was clean,
Cons: I was charged an extra night so have to wait until my credit card statement comes in to dispute it. I was left waiting in the restaurant over 1 hour for food one evening.

Bad experience
Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HotelsWe booked a 3-night stay at Novotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that they did not receive our booking, even though the payment was already credited. All rooms were sold out, so we couldn't check in. They transferred us to another hotel and agreed to help us cancel the booking and get a refund.
In the meantime, I contacted Novotel and Hotels.com, but they are still blaming each other, and I have not yet received a refund. I hope Hotels.com will take this incident seriously. Please assist in securing my refund.

I don't like rooms window because there is no window to come fresh air. Please keep window for room to stop breathing problem. In bathroom there is no ventilation. Bathrooms has no proper way to go water out .
