a boutique hotel with warm design

un hotel de cette nouvelle génération , au design non classique sans etre avant gardiste . Tout à fait dans l'esprit des personnes qui vont à l'Ashram ( très proche) ( ce n'était pas mon cas) un espace de détente en plein air avec coussin et canapé bas ( rare dans les hotel 4 étoiles classiques . les chambre son et tres spacieuses, ont une architecture un peu particulière :notamment la salle de bain ( tres design avec baignoire coquille et douche italienne au choix) donne sur la chambre sans porte . on aime ou on n'aime pas . Un restaurant au dernier étage sur une superbe terrasse . l'équipe fait de son mieux pour répondre a nos attentes . Un seul bémol aucun service de concièrge ; impossible d'avoir aucun conseil pour visiter la ville ; pas même le nom d'un musée hyper connu qu'on nous avait conseillé ( et nous avions perdu le nom. le buffet est tres correct et pas tres cher . en revanche le restaurant Japonnais est affreusement cher et pas transcendant du tout

Bien sous tout rapports...Sauf que le paiement du wifi dans la chambre qui devrait être gratuit, il me semble. Petit dej copieux, mais sans viennoiseries françaises

The staff was horrible and was not at all cooperative. They were providing the regular RO filtered water with a sticker of O hotel on top and said that this is what they are giving everyone which i think is really not good on being forced with the RO water. The staff was also not good.

We now provide Ozone-treated water that meets all government norms and guidelines.Regarding the staff behavior you mentioned, we are currently investigating what might have gone wrong. Our staff communicated that you were inquiring about a complimentary upgrade to a suite on a higher floor, along with complimentary drinks because of your previous stay with us. Unfortunately, as our inventory is quite limited and our occupancy was high during your visit, we were unable to accommodate such requests.We truly appreciate your understanding of our position and hope that you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience in the near future.Warm regards,
