Carpets were GROSS and smelly, and management know it as they spray odour on it daily. Generally not impressed with the hotel/upkeep of it or restaurant Breakfast was alright

Staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The proximity to the railway station is a major disadvantage as there is constant train horns throughout the night doesn’t allow much rest or sleep. We were on the 9th floor and there is a restaurant on the tenth floor.again the loudness of the patrons cwas rather disturbing. This continues into the early hours of the morning

- Food was really great Chef Bhushan made Jain Misal for us which is something really awesome - Staff is really kind Rutuja from Front Desk gave a very warm welcome by providing free breakfast and discount for SPA - Staff in the feast restaurant Yash,Abhishek,Malaya,Ajay and Feli were really helpful and made our stay really really enjoyable experience. My kids absolutely loved it.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Pune. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing.. hotel is positioned in walking distance to the Metro station in case you want to visit historical sites.

두번째 방문인데 여러모로 불편했습니다. 방에 온수도 안 나와서 프론트에 몇번 얘기를 했으나 조치 한다고 시설팀이 와서 보고갔지만 개선이 안되고 아무조치가 없었네요. 결국 이틀을 찬물로 샤워해서 감기에 걸렸네요. 그리고 중요한건 호텔 전체에 오래된 냄새가 많이 납니다. 예민한분들은 불쾌하실 수도 있겠네요 일정 때문에 이틀날은 조식 도시락으로 준비했는데, 빵도 딱딱한걸로 준비가 되고, 전체적으로 4스타 급 호텔보다 떨어지는 것 같습니다.
