Only thing that was disappointing was Destination Services transport to/from the resort. We were given instructions with incorrect information about where to find the representative - and when we finally found him in the theatre of all places, he then confirmed our return transportation. But when we were leaving and waiting for our scheduled transportation they never showed up. Customer service claimed we never confirmed our transportation but eventually got us a driver but we nearly missed our return flight. I don't know where the mistake was made but unfortunately I won't be booking through Travelocity again because this situation could have easily left us stranded at the resort.

The food. The food was exceptional, with lots of options to choose from! Just remember to book a reservation before dining in. Hotel was a few minutes walk to the beach which was great! The beach was always clean with very few seaweed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Partner and I both had fun and were satisfied with the resort. Would love to book again for next time!

We had a great time at the resort. The place and beach were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and polite. We loved the Meat restaurant, the Coffee shop, and Portofino. The only issues were that the lobby was a bit too hot and some games at the sports bar required payment. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had a great time at the resort. The place and the beach were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was firendly and polite. We loved the Meat restaruant, the Coffee shop and Portofino restaruant. The only issues were that the lobby was missing the AC and was too hot and the games at the sport bar required additional payments which felt a bit scam when you are at full inclusive resort. Overall it was a great experiance.
