The bartenders were great! Elvin and Pedro by the snack bar are wonderful! Elvin always came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper MariCruz was not friendly at all. She was no where to be found until the day we checked out (i guess she was expecting us to tip her) When we arrived there was clumps of hair in the shower drain and chewed up gum on the floor. We had to ask for wash cloths and extra towels every day.our mini bar was not restocked. We had to bring our own water back to the room. Maricruz was heard in the hallway complaining how she has 25 rooms to clean in a day. (So unprofessional) All the other housekeepers were always friendly to bad they weren't our housekeeper. Our Butler Fednon, we only saw him on the first day of check in. We never saw him again. We text him to confirm our dinner reservations but He said he had an emergency. No other butler filled in for him we missed out on reserving dinner because of him. We were told by reservationist all restaurants were booked for the week. Our master suite was spacious and a great view. The nightclub was really nice the casino was ok. The food was delicious every day. I would not say this is a 5 star. The price we paid was def. Over priced. We usually stay in the presidential suite in Secrets Cap Cana. That is 5 star. (Btw was sold out) BeLive was a good choice we had fun and enjoyed most of the staff. Regulate the ppl holding beach chairs.

Be Live relocated us to another hotel due to construction. We were supposed to have equivalent accommodations and did not. The hotel we were placed with also did not have any record of the reservation from Be Live, even though I had checked with them by message 4-6 times to confirm.

Let me start by saying the Be Live was closed for renovations during the time of our travel. It was me and my husband for 7 days. They conveniently moved our reservation to the nearby Jewel Palm Beach. We were pretty hesitant because we wanted the Be Live for the night club, food options and adult only atmosphere. Honestly, we had an incredible stay at Jewel. They had amazing food options for club members beautiful beaches, friendly staff, great drinks, clean rooms, clean atmosphere, the silent parties were amazing, entertainment was decent, still wanted the Be Live though, the Jewel doesnt have a nightclub but the pool parties, volleyball and food made up for it. We just wanted to get more wild and couldnt because there were kids

The hotel staff is so friendly always ready to serve The hotel looks nice but little dark at night specially for older people . the food terrible !!! I got sick and had to be hospitalized and of course I paid the price I will not recommend this hotel to no body

I never got to stay at the be live property . The be live property was closed and my reservation was moved to the jewel palm beach . The jewel palm beach was a very nice hotel however I did not receive the accommodation s that I paid for . I paid for a junior suite with beach walk out . I was placed in a standard with with no view !!

We had a wonderful vacation. The master suite with walkout pool was great. The food was good but we didn’t take advantage of the Al a cart dining options until late In the vacation and should have switched it up sooner as the buffet didn’t change much, Staff were great to us. I would stay here again.
