Un endroit parfait pour reconnecter

Les installations sont confortables et très fonctionnelles.
Breathless est un hotel parfait pour les couples qui veulent reconnecter.
Les piscines sont géniales! La piscine principale est grande et plus calme au centre et la piscine avec le DJ est vraiment super lorsque vous voulez danser et vous amuser.
Les restaurants sont vraiment bien, le Coquette est parmis les meilleurs et le Strip Grill est le mieux placé et justifie a lui seul l'upgrade XHale pour le midi.
Ce qui est génial c'est que chaque client se voit attribuer un Buttler. Dans notre cas Joselito etait juste parfait! Disponible, patient, parlant un Francais parfait. Je vous recommande vivement Joselito si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour. Il travaille fort et c'est un bonheur.
Autre détail génial: chaque chambre a une baignoire à remous sur le balcon! Vraiment top!!

We stayed 5 nights, had to move room 2 times nowhere near our traveling companions due to our first rooms ceiling starting to fall in over the beds and the second time due to our room flooding. We were even further away (3 buildings) from our friends. The room we ended up in had a king bed and everything else pushed to one side of the room to bring in a double bed to accommodate our original room that was picked. Very inconvenient, very agitating, it took away from our much anticipated trip!

Enjoyed the activities at the resort. Loved the swim up feature and the room itself. Miguel was our concierge and did an exceptional job. He was there to answer all of question and provide support when needed.

Property was great. Staff absolutely goes out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. However, the drinks are extremely watered down, down to the coke. This definitely decreased the enjoyability of the entire experience. Evening entertainment was good and the spa was also a great experience. The hotel security was great, felt safe our entire stay. I wouldn’t call it a VIP experience, so I would highly encourage the resort to reevaluate their decision to cut cost on drinks. Our Butler was great, although we only got to meet him on our last day, but he was extremely responsive and made every request possible.
