LOCATION:

Caleton 6 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 11.

This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). The resort also features mini markets, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located just outside the property.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Caleton 6 is a 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 8,000 sq. ft., 2-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of hole 11.

The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof, and high ceilings.

The indoor formal living area and dining area is one open floorplan with open sides that allow the warm wind to flow freely and abundantly through the house! Please note that there are no walls or air-conditioning in this part of the house. Ceiling fans and the palm-leaf roof keep this space cool throughout the day and night. There are screens (weather curtains) that can be rolled down in case it rains. There are several cozy sitting areas for you to enjoy, and a dining area with a dining table that seats 8 people comfortably.

The spacious and enclosed kitchen provides ample workspace and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals during your stay. However, there's no need to worry about cooking, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries are not included).

Step outside to the amazing pool area, which has a large swimming pool & Jacuzzi and an expansive pool deck with sunloungers and outdoor furniture. From here, you’ll have the best view of the golf course, with plants and palm trees offering ample coverage and privacy without obstructing the scenery.

Right next to the pool area is a separate bungalow with a comfortable, air-conditioned lounge with living area, dining table, bar and TV. This is a great place to hang out during the day, play games, read, and enjoy some quality time.

THE BEDROOMS:

Caleton 6 has 4 bedrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning!

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The primary bedroom is located in a private, poolside bungalow with views of the pool and golf course. The bedroom has high ceilings and comes with 1 King bed, a small sofa (love seat), air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub, and direct walk-out to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, high ceilings, air-conditioning, TV, closet space, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with garden view.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs) located in a private, poolside bungalow with 2 Queen beds, high ceilings, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, desk and chair, high ceilings, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

When you stay at Caleton 6, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

Access to the exclusive “Caleton Beach Club” at Eden Roc Cap Cana (a Relais & Chateaux hotel). Beach club facilities include restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools, and a Blue Flag certified beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lifeguard. Consumption of food and beverages, gratuities, and the use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club. NOTE: Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available. These dates are typically during peak travel times or holidays when demand is high. Please check to see if blackout dates apply.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
