Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was well maintained on the outside, crystal clean pool and beautiful grounds. The unit was very clean and as shown in the pictures. We were provided a stocked water cooler and refills were only $2.00, delivered. There were A/C units in both bedrooms and the living room and ceiling fans. All of the appliances, including the washer/dryer were in good condition.
In order to go to the grocery store or restaurants (10 minutes) or the beach (15 minutes) you have to walk through a depressed neighborhood. It was perfectly safe during the day, but it was a shock to walk past mountains of trash. We did it every day and got used to it.
Gregory, the on sight property manager was very helpful and arranged our transportation to the airport and fixed our television.

Publié le 28 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayI dealt with Gregory and he was great. The property itself is quite nice and the unit is comfortable. Beach towels, etc. provided. I only used the AC in one room at night and the power usage total for 7 nights was about $16 USD.

Beautiful condo and a great vacation

Todd has been great throughout the entire process, from assuring the taxi ride to arranging for a property manager to wait for them on-site. They said that the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. They will definitely book again next season.
