I give the bar staff and the entertainers 5 stars we had so much fun with them. Now when we checked in it was terrible, the guy that checked us in was very rude even the manger was rude about a misunderstanding and thought it was okay because they spoke another language to talk about us very inappropriate. The room had mold everywhere even the furniture and we got ate up by mosquitoes 24/7. The food wasn’t bad and the sceneries were beautiful but they could to better in some aspects absolutely

Terrible stay! Very dirty rooms, towels, pillow cases, floors, pools (hair, sticks, band aids, other floating items). No one taking care of pool. One night of live music, kids u see 7 years old dancing on floor. Rude staff, just “didn’t care” at all. Huge language barrier. Overall less than one star. Pics on site are not what you see In person !!

I dont know where to start but i beg you not to stay there. I had 2 rooms booked. In the 1st room the refrigerator did not work, the room never got to the temperature of the air conditioning. The toilet stopped working and after they came to fix it , it was leaking. Mind you they came around midnight to fix it. Worst thing of them all the room was filled with mosquitoes , it was an unbearable amount. My only guess is they must all come from the a/c vents which means that hasnt been cleaned in a while. In The 2nd room , the tv wasnt working and when i called guest services i was told this was an issue in the entire hotel and it would be fixed the next day, but he tv in my other room was working fine. Refrigerator stopped working the first morning and none of the electrical outlets in the living room worked. The staff could care less whats going or any issues you have they tell you they are Going to send someone and if they do show up it takes like 3 hours Im not a native dominican but i am from Dominican decent and the staff treats you different when you are dominican, they barely care to even help you or get you want. At the end of my stay I actually thought about extending our one more night due to a personal matter and the lady at the guest services desk says, you had all them issues and complaints and you still try to stay here??? Some manager came and tried to offer me a free massage for our troubles This was truly a horrible experience, I would never stay here.

The activities and the service are perfect. The quality of the food in the restaurants is good, especially the Japanese, Seafood and Gaucho restaurant, the quality of the buffet is not bad but it must be improved a little bit. The theater shows are awesome. Landscaping is well maintained and the service of the staff is friendly. The room is not "outdated" but there are some minor adjustments (maintenance/cleaning) that need to be replaced. Overall I can stay at this hotel for the next time.

Love the beaches, but not so much our hotel rooms. Our rooms had a wet mold smell. The pilot stink and the beds had a weird smell too. Our phone broke so we had to keep going to the front desk to get stuff. Very inconvenient since it’s a 15 minute walk from our room to the front. I keep telling them to give me a new room or change the bedding but they never did anything. I had to sleep with a mask on since the smell was really strong. I don’t recommend this to my families or friends.

Everything was gorgeous! Transport trains stops are hard to find, and sometimes guest service/staff would take forever to get back to you about a question. But overall the property was gorgeous and the food was amazing! Even though it’s family friendly, the property is big enough you aren’t bothered by kids! 10/10

Pros: Safe, Clean, Activities at night, Italian restaurant was great! Cons: A lot of walking from room to pool, long distance to lobby, trolly NEVER stops to pick you up once checked in, minimal outlets in room, average room but budget friendly, sun screen was $45 US per can!!
