Un gros ressort regroupant 4 hôtels de nombreux restaurants avec tout confort. Too mutch avec le All inclusive ou l’on fait que manger. Trop grand avec des déplacements internes permanents

Deeply Disappointing Stay at Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort How would you feel if your dream vacation for a milestone celebration turned into a nightmare? That happened to my family and me during our stay at the Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort in Punta Cana. We chose this resort in Punta Cana from 23rd December to 27th December for our parent's 25th wedding anniversary—a once-in-a-lifetime celebration with our family—but the experience was shockingly disappointing. Upon arrival, one of our rooms was filthy and not cleaned after the last guests (photos attached). Reporting this to reception only made things worse. We waited over FOUR HOURS in the lobby, repeatedly ignored by staff, before finally being assigned a new room at 8 PM. This wasted our entire first day. The frustrations didn’t stop there. Despite promises of “world-class service,” receiving basic amenities like toothbrushes took two more days and multiple requests. Staff were dismissive and unprofessional throughout, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unresponsiveness were shocking for a resort of this stature. This was meant to be a joyous celebration, but instead, it was filled with stress and disappointment. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone looking for a seamless, relaxing vacation.

Good Place to Stay. Rooms are a bit outdated but the staff is very good and friendly. Not top tier but a decent place to stay.

Lamentablemente no volvería, son pocas las opciones de bebidas que hay y tienes que recorrer distintas facilidades para poder tomar porque no todas tienen lo mismo. El transporte solo te lleva a la Habitación la primera vez, luego si llamas para que te recojan ya que los restaurantes están bien alejados nunca llegan. Si paras algún transportista no te hacen caso y siguen de largo. En el sport bar dice que hay comida 24/7 y cuando llegas te contestan que no van a cocinar más que hay que comerse lo que haya. Los restaurantes temáticos nunca tienen espacio y se enojan si los grupos son grandes. Pensamos que la pasaríamos mejor. Donde único podemos decir que es un poco bueno la piscina secreta que Wilmer nos atendió excelente. Visitamos muchas veces a RD pero definitivamente no tendríamos en consideración nuevamente esta facilidad.

Overall, we had a great stay. There’s always food to choose from and we never went hungry. There were a few mishaps with the front desk and cleaning staff. We were given a double bed room on our honeymoon and it took many visits to the lobby to fix that we wasted almost a whole day on it, because each person we spoke to said “come back at *a specific time* which we had to come back 4 separate times to switch rooms, but our bellhop came to the rescue. We left super early for an excursion and forgot to tip so our balcony door was left open and dirty sheets were put on our bed. One night, at 8:30pm we had a cleaning lady show up saying “they want me to make the room” when we had our room cleaned that morning and we’re leaving the next. Earlier the same day, our key cards no longer worked to get in our room. But these didn’t ruin our vacation, the resort is huge with so many different options for food, pools, beach. The spa was amazing, the ocean was crystal clear and beautiful. No bugs on the resort. It’s really all you can ask for once you take away our minor issues.

Customer service was terrible. Light kept going off, and no water. When I asked for help to fix these issues, they did not want to help, they denied switching rooms
