Staffs are very kind and nice. But overall this facility needs an upgrade and it is about time. Room temperature could not be controlled either. It is either on or off. I know it is next to beach. But room should be temperature and humidity control. Room was too humid and my first assigned room had mold all over the bed and sheets. I requested to change a room which they did. Bathroom exhaust fan did work and unpleasant smell lingering. Some of lights didn’t work either. Definitely needs an upgrade. Also, food was okay but the quality of food up to my expectations. But overall, it was a good experience in Punta Cana

We had no complaints about the property. Hotel is nice, family friendly, food is good. We want to warn people about Go Majestic, which is the tour company, which I think belong to the hotel. We decided to book with Go Majestic because we thought booking thru the hotel would get us the benefits of being safer, insurance coverage, and would take a good care of us. However, the Buggies trip that we booked with Go Majestic was totally a scam. We had no water provided for the whole entire of trip, the buggies kept breaking down from one to another, unsafer vehicles, we spent almost all of our time under the sun waiting for their people to fix broken buggies. No beach destination, just drove to the dead end road and came back. Please reconsider before booking with Go Majestic and I hope the hotel will look into these tours before allowing your guests to go through this horrible time again.

The entertainment crew is very nice and friendly, food is hit or miss. Reception is horrible and you feel like you are bothering them. Housekeeping only does the bed; rooms are very outdated. Drinks are no premium, they use the cheap liquor. Overall I give it a 2.7 stars.

The property was beautiful, staff is fantastic, drinks are made properly and taste great, the beach is gorgeous and the pools are maintained nicely. The only complaint I have is the food is inconsistent and quality of the food itself needs work. Other then the food the resort is amazing and I would go back!

Disappointed in the check in process. Our assigned butler was not attentive. He disappeared after telling us our room wasn't ready yet and offered to show us around and where the buffet was to allow us to have something to eat while waiting. Right after saying that he disappeared and another butler showed us around. When our room was finally ready our butler showed back up and showed us to our room. Upon arrival our luggage had not arrived yet and he assured us it would be only a few minutes before we would get our luggage. It took over an hour. During our stay the butler didn't stay in contact,we had to contact him for booking or reservations to restaurants. Some of the staff were rude. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The only great thing this place has is the staff not front desk managers and anyone that assisted with check in… other then that the staff that served food, cleans, entertainment staff where awesome! Managers and check in staff horrible service rude. We were suppose to check in at 3pm did not get in until 6pm tired hungry no one offered us water drinks etc. all because I choose the years of my children to be under the 17 age group our passports did not match the reservation. They charged me an additional 1,000$ for my sons. Since their ages fell under their age group that charged different fee. This was suppose to be my son’s bday trip and I felt like they abused their rights and did not give us a chance to explain. I had to pay the fee to get our rooms. Even then we had to wait for our rooms. Just an over all rude experience and Expedia does nothing when you try to reach out for help. They are the middleman and are good to collect but when I needed to speak with no one no one helped!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Majestic Elegance Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped gardens, and luxurious amenities. The pools were pristine, and the beach access was a dream come true. A special shoutout to Jose at the front desk, Juan Daniel (pool bartender), Joel (Towels at the pool), Jose(security at Coco club), Manuel (Bartender at Coco club) almost the whole staff who was incredibly helpful and amazing! They all went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even recommended some local attractions that made our trip unforgettable. Additionally, the restaurant staff, particularly Yessica at the Italian restaurant provided exceptional service during our meals, always ensuring we had everything we needed with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend Majestic Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return and make more memories! Thank you, Guzman our butler, for making our stay so special!
