The property was beautiful, the restaurant were lacking and selection and quality. I’ve never been to an inclusive where they did not have food available in between meal times. There were no snacks available or any food options in between the designated hours for lunch dinner and breakfast.

Party of eight stayed at this property. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the service the cleanliness restaurants and rooms. Absolutely beautiful would definitely go again we stayed in the adults side. There is a family side which we did not venture out to, but would highly recommend!

August its brutal weather specially at nite..not too much ventilation at the hotel areas. Not too much entertainment at night .Excursions are overpriced and really not what they offer.. Now Food and services THE BEST!, very clean hotel, beautiful pool and hotel in general.. Mostly Very happy and helpful staff. Ill come back again maybe in the spring or winter ♥️💙

This has been my third stay at Melia Punta Cana. The trip was fantastic and stress free from the very beginning to the end. Concierge Alejandro, Estrella, Jose and Edwin are off the scale truly AWESOME and handled everything. Waiters Juan, Ronny, Andy are an asset to the Resort. I will return soon whenever I require rest and relaxation.
