I enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe. The entertainment staff was great. The food was pretty good. The wait staff was great.

Ruta 66 hamburguesa quemada. Al pedir el cambio otra tambien muy quemada. Muy mal. El shoping Carisimo. La atencion en general del personal muy buena atentos y amables.

It just felt like the staff didn’t care for Americans all together. Unfortunately we only speak English and that is our fault but we tried our hardest. Just didn’t feel like anyone wanted to help us or anything. The maids were fantastic though with cleaning and supplying towels. They do not explain Expedia bonus cash so be sure to ask when you get there or you won’t even get it. It’s difficult to use and seems to equate to discounts of 250$. The resort was amazing though, very beautiful there. Excursions aren’t worth it, it takes well over an hour to get on any of them and it’s only rum based. Usually only one drink.
