Ross and the team took great care of us. We loved our 2 private patios in the penthouse and the roof top mini pool. They were great about all our questions and there were awesome beach clubs near by and all the best food right around the corner. We had lots of space and felt very safe. My only recommendation would be to have more supplies in the kitchen and a little nicer bedding. But we were able to cook with what was provided. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The personnel was very kind but many shortages of basics things like bed sheets and cutlery. Unluckily the electricity was off for more than 10 hours. The property manager never came up. Was very disappointed in returning calls from Expedia for my claim. I had to leave the property the day after we arrived. First time I had this issue and it was very surprising that a condo style property was listed in Expedia with such a very low level of value and response

Hello Krist, and our apologies for the delayed response.We are terribly sorry for the electricity situation, but as you can imagine, all we could do was to call and follow up with the energy company as this is something out of our control. We did offer you a partial refund for the inconveniences however. Bad management but ok apartment

Very bad customer service. They didn’t care there was a TV missing and wires hanging out of a wall. The barbecue was non working and the person left in charge does not know how to speak to customers. Was rude and didn’t apologize at all for anything. Apartments was ok at her than that and area was ok as well.

They are really irresponsible no communication with the people they tried to diddle my daughter and so many stupid things i do not recommend this place

We have checked and double-checked our guest communications with you during your stay and there was absolutely nothing there that suggested that you were unhappy, nor was there any request or complaint on your part. As per the comment about your daughter, we are not sure what you mean by "diddle", but we would have been happy to help if you would have informed us about any situation with any of your family members. It is very disappointing to see these kinds of comments that do not address any specific issues but just state a vague complaint. We are a very customer-centric company and we really enjoy providing a great holiday experience for our guests. Of course, we do make mistakes, but we are fast to address these mistakes as soon as our guests inform us. However, in this case, there is no complaint in our guest communications with you nor are you letting us know anything specific about your stay. We had a really bad experience at this place. I read everything before booking it, and it never said we were responsible for electricity. Upon arrival, we were told we were going to get charged for whatever amount of electricity we consumed. I showed the manager my reservation, and she basically said even though it did not say it in the booking information we were going to have to pay for it. We were planning on leaving early next day, and I send a message to the guy that helped us checking in to inform him (since we had to pay for electricity consumption) we were leaving early next day. He said the office was not going to be open for the check out at that time. We decided to leave that night, and to our surprise the manager did not wanna let us leave because there was no one at the office. We told the guy they could not hold us there and ended up leaving around midnight and paying for the bill next day. Besides this issue, the people next door were throwing a party that night. Also, the water coming out of the faucet from one of the bathrooms was dirty. I would def not recommend this place to anybody!

We always strive to be better and we appreciate that you took the time to evaluate us.This being said, we would like to clarify a few of your comments in order for other travelers to have a fair assessment of the apartment and its surroundings & services:1.You contracted a promotional rate for a luxury beach condo with private Picuzzi, paying US85.30 per night. The information Expedia displays in the listing is a text that Expedia itself composes. Please note that, just as it did not say that the electricity was not included, neither does it say that it is. This is because that option is usually up to the administrators of the apartment. We always recommend contacting the administrator to clarify these things before arrival in order to avoid misunderstandings.2.Neither we nor anybody in our organization has the authority to hold you here unless you have committed a crime. That was of course not the case, and we feel that your statement that you were not allowed to leave is wildly inaccurate and dangerously misleading. You and all our customers are free to leave whenever they please. What our team informed you was that there was not going to be anyone there before 8:00am but that you could either pay for the electricity the night before (we would give you an estimate) or that you could pay it through a payment link we would send you to your Whatsapp. Your statement implying that you were held against your will is not only false, but tremendously damaging and dangerous. 3.In regard to the party next door comment, we would have loved to help you during your stay, but unfortunately we never had a report or comment from you requesting help. We do have strict rules regarding noise pollution at night and we did not receive any complaints, but if you would have informed us, we would certainly have acted upon your comments.4.Finally, we have checked the water quality in the apartment you rented and we did not find any problems, but rest assured we will do a proper review of the filters and wells to see if there could have been an issue while you were here. The residential has an Osmosis plant so it goes through several filters and a UV light before reaching the apartment, plus it is a brand new unit, so we will definitely take a good look to see if there might have been an issue while you were here. We do apologize if there was but, again, we did not receive any comments from you to address this issue while you were here so unfortunately we could not do anything to help you.We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to host you again and change this perception to a more positive one.
