I thought the hotel was nice, clean with friendly staff. I thought everything at the hotel was over priced. For example a six pack of beer was $45.00 dollars, a burger $30.00 dollars, not pesos dollars. From the hotel to any town near by its $70.00 with hotel transportation but an Uber will charge you between $20.00 dollars to $30.00 dollars. I’ve stayed at other nice hotels in other resort towns and that’s where I’ll go next not the Riviera Maya. This hotel doesn’t have all inclusive to make you spend money. Beautiful but overpriced.

Very beautiful, but on expensive side to eat and drink. Shopping is close and fun, but very expensive to get dropped off there and even more to come back. Uber or hire a driver safely if possible.

The property its self is nice the staff is absolutely horrible. We are Hilton Diamond members and the staff was still off...
