This resort came highly recommended to us by other families (we have a toddler) so we had high hopes, however, the resort was very run down. The kid pool and slides were covered in algae (until our last day when we noticed them bleaching everything in the morning), we had to call maintenance 3 separate times to our room (our shower wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working and our safe died) and the only redeeming quality was the food. Do not recommend.

The pool had a bunch of bugs and dirty. There was a big fight one night and security did nothing, took the ambulance and police more than an hour to get there. Super bad experience

Staff was extremely friendly, only inconvenience i had with others was the elevators in my building weren't working for my entire stay
