Christmas in Punta Mita
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayJust an awesome place to stay! This 4 bedroom condo was as describe and just wonderfully laid out. It is on a huge and wonderful resort in Punta Mita.
Communication with the owner was very efficient and quick.
It could not of been nicer. Well it was cloudy one day. Highly recommend this gorgeous place.

Great stay at Hacienda De Mita
Publié le 15 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is as described. Beautiful layout, and fairly well stocked. We made breakfast each morning but had lunch and dinners out. The beds are comfortable. They just need several more blankets and robes to up the experience. Alexis was a great concierge and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. We enjoyed all of the beach clubs and the convenience and safety of Punta Mita. Another plus is that it has a secret entrance that heads right to down town which makes it very easy to walk to and our stay had access to the HDM beach club which had service at our time of stay.... maybe due to spring break. The 4th bedroom is not for the decreeing traveler. It is very small and basically a laundry room with a bed in it.

beautiful but uptight

This condo was lovely too and well equipped though neither of two TVs worked well, poor reception or no reception. The atmosphere, however, was oppressively uptight with security agents roaming the grounds and watching us constantly on cameras. Perhaps this is justified due to possible infiltration of criminal elements but not fun at all for our easy going American lifestyle. We were very uncomfortable with the attitude of the security staff and will not return nor recommend this location to friends. It is a shame since Punta Mita town and resort are fun and relaxing aside from this over zealous security protocol.

We are sorry that you feel that there was too much security. This is exactly the reason why so many people want to come here, as it makes them feel safe. There is a cost with the amount of security and sometimes it feels like there are eyes watching you everywhere. We understand you concern and wish that we could have it both ways. If you want more 'freedom' but less security there are many options outside of the Punta Mita Gates.
Also, to note - the 'uptight' attitude you refer to are for being inside the gates. Our condo is not uptight and 2 stars might reflect you experience outside of our condo (getting fined for swimming nude etc.), but we have no control over things outside of our condo.

perfect space, perfect location

Spectacular!!
Publié le 15 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe property does not disappoint. It’s fantastic. Location couldn’t be better. Access to the Beach Clubs is integral part of the vacation. Our condo had access to all of them. Our concierge, Oscar, was amazing. He took care of anything we asked or needed with such precision and care. Without question, we will be back. A perfect tropical vacation.

Publié le 5 avr. 2021 sur HomeAwayYou must rent a golf cart when renting this property! Otherwise, you will be relying on getting shuttles to and from everywhere. It’s a great location inside the punta mita gates! We loved it!

Amazing family getaway!

The condo was gorgeous, the pool was amazing, the access to beach clubs was a MAJOR perk, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the property manager was top notch! They helped us book horseback riding, a private chef, a golf cart rental and made all of our dinner reservations for us! We loved every minute of our trip and we look forward to booking this condo again for another family trip in the future!!
