A wonderful family spot
Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family loves Punta Mita because of the variety of activities and the relaxed atmosphere. Las Palmas 8 is lovely with a quick walk to the ocean and a well appointed home. Staff was always there to help when needed.

Home needs some updates and work
Publié le 26 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property is good, not as big as it looks in some photos but has a good layout. It’s showing a little age and some aspects are outdated. You need a phd to figure out how to unfold and put back the patio doors. We had some issues that the internet didn’t work the first 2 days of the stay, the property manager was communicative and they did their best to resolve it as quickly as they could. The hot tub wasn’t hot, more of a plunge pool and that was not resolved. One of the showers doesn’t get hot because it’s installed reversed but there’s nothing to tell you that. The kitchen is stocked ok but doesn’t come with many basics, cooking oil, salt & pepper, coffee etc.. some basics would be better. We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area is the best feature of the home. The concern was that after we reported the issues we encountered during our stay the listing host was not responsive, after several follow ups we still haven’t heard from them. To me for this caliber of a home this is unacceptable. The property manager on site which is a different company was great and very responsive, give them the listing to manage as well! They would get 5 stars if I could rate just them. We had a nice time but I wouldn't return to this property. There were more issues inside than listed but no one seems to want the feedback to improve it.

Hello Sarah, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience that you had on the internet service and in the shower, we did our best to fix it, there are something’s that we have to Waite until the guest leaves in this case the shower, as you said is a rental property and has their issues, we always tried to do our best to have it ready so you can have a wonderful time, but sometimes things happen that is not in our hand, but as I say we always try to do our best, in the case of the Hot tub or spa, you never said anything to me, martha or the concierge until last minute when you make a review for the concierge team, if you say something before we just increase the temperature, as I said, sorry for the inconvenience

An amazing stay!!
Publié le 12 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had absolutely the best time here. The home was spacious and clean with great views and easy access to all the Punta Mita has to offer. My only comment would be that there is only 1 king bed in the home, and it was advertising that there were 5.

Relaxing Trip
Publié le 1 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayMucho gracias for our stay Monica. We are so sad to leave. We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing- perfect location, great bedrooms and pool/hot tub. Marta was always great making sure the house was ready each day with clean pool towels etc. Our concierge Fernanda was fantastic as well- very responsive and helpful with ideas. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Look forward to coming back again soon!

Beautiful house with a great location
Publié le 21 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house was beautiful and clean. It slept 8 adults and 2 kids comfortably. We had Nellie come in to cook breakfast for us and she was a delight as was her food. If you're going in the off-season, I'd recommend checking which beach clubs are open. We were bummed to find two of the three beach clubs were closed when were there. However, we had a fantastic time at the Pacifico Beach club. The staff, food, and drinks were all excellent.

Amazing property in Punta Mita
