Incredible Stay

Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. Adriana and her team were extremely helpful, and Rosa cooked a wonderful breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning.

Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying at Villa X1. It’s a great house, with a terrific view of the water. You will love both the sunrise and sunset views! The house is clean and spacious. The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub is relaxing and quiet. It’s so close to the beautiful pools at the Sufi Ocean Club, which is a great destination to relax and unwind. The concierge that helped with the property before our arrival and during our stay was really amazing! Very helpful with planning dinners, ordering groceries, and getting us a new golf cart QUICKLY when ours died 😂. All of our requests and questions were addressed quickly and efficiently! Breakfasts at home in the morning were delicious!!!! I would return to this property in a heartbeat! It’s a great family destination! X1 Thank you for making our break from the cold so wonderful!

I would recommend going when it is cooler, we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much because it was hot all day.
Adriana did a great job arranging excursions and whatever we needed.
I will say that a golf cart is a necessity if you want to get anywhere.
We enjoyed our time in Punta Mita.

Wonderful Vacation

Rick and Adriana provided excellent communication and took care of grocery orders, reservations, golf cart rental etc. and Yadi provided excellent service and communication after we arrived. Rosa’s breakfast was fantastic and she also straighted up and helped with laundry after we left. A wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.
