Publié le 27 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayKristen's place was beautiful and as advertised. The view from the condo to the ocean was wonderful and the close proximity to the town and it's great restaurants made our week in paradise all that more enjoyable. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

Superb and Comfortable Lodging!

Amazing View!
Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed this 1 bedroom condo on the 4th floor of the La Mision de Mita complex. As is shown in the pictures, the view is amazing and we enjoyed it each day especially at sunrise/sunset and late afternoon drink on the deck. Great communication with the host and we took advantage of all her food reco's. A/C worked great, King bed was comfortable. Nice to have washing machine and dryer, lots of towels and good kitchen supplies. Teresa's Tacos and Normas out the back door of complex is good for cheap/authentic Mexican food, as well as the Churro cart straight out back door down about 4-5 blocks...highly recommend. Rooftop patio above room is also nice for viewing/relaxing and nice pool in complex with sun all day. Beach is across street but is pretty rocky so we enjoyed the pool during our stay. There was a foul odor coming from kitchen sink area that they tried to fix and worked for a day or so, but was always around during most of our stay.

Great Stay - Week went by so quickly!

Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe lenjoyed everything about our trip to Punta de Mita. Condo was perfect ... amazing views, hard to leave! Sunrise, sunset and surfers. Loved that we could walk out the back to a small friendly local vibe!

Perfect perch

Beautiful views (and check out the roof deck for sunrise and sunset), quiet, well-situated to the beach and excellent town restaurants, clean, functional—overall a lovely little perch in paradise.
