THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I NEVER USED EXPEDIA BEFORE FOR ANY BOOKING AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AFTER THIS DEBACLE!!!

Publié le 26 sept. 2022 sur HotelsOverall great stay for the value of the hotel and the park view is the absolute best. Everything worked and I had no issues about my stay. For future guests the ice maker on the main floor is the only one that dispenses ice.

Loved the location. Nice Park behind hotel. Great view.
Some wear and tear present, needs some updates. Needs in-room coffee.

The location was nice. We could see the water view at breakfast. Nice area to walk by the water. The staff was wonderful and our room was clean. The hotel needs a lot of updating work (old, scratched furniture, carpets etc.) No one seems to be staying across the hall with the waterfront view. We over looked the parking lot but we were not in our room much. Overall it was good for the price compared to hotels nearby.

The view is incredible, walking the harborwalk is a real treat. Great restaurants withing walking distance.
