Hotel stay is one price then resort fee which is only WiFi and a digital copy of a newspaper then charge for use of the pool then a charge for parking just nickel and dime charges one after the other. It’s double the price advertised if you want to use what they have, nice plane but employees have zero customer service skills and seem spaced out and not familiar with their job.

Overal average experience. This place has a lot of potential but it seems to be managed in a very odd way. Not enough restaurants serving breakfast for the guests. Long waits for everything, especially check in and out. Pools were nice but one was closed down and the large one was not heated so everyone was cold. There are flies and birds all over the pool deck and you literally have to fend the birds off when you eat. They need to install wires or something to deter the birds as they were a nuisance and many pool lounge chairs had bird droppings on them. Food and drinks were good but pricey. I hope they can turn it around and make this place what it should be.

resort was beautiful, I don’t know if I would stay more than two days as there’s not much more to offer besides the pool and restaurants. Another downfall is there’s no room service or when all the restaurants are closed there’s no way to get food whatsoever in the hotel. I also think charging $20 for the rooftop pool on top of the resort fee and hotel fee is a little ridiculous overall it was a beautiful place. I hope they can change some of these and add some more things to do while you’re staying there.

Relaxing stay after hurricane cleanup.
Great one night stay at Sunseekers, Port Charlotte. We had family business to take care of but decided to spend our last night near the airport relaxing. Beautiful resort, some parts were closed, I assume, trickle down effect of hurricane. There was plenty of food options and free access to rooftop pool made up for parts that were not open. If we had a longer stay, I’m not sure I would have liked the limited access.
