Service et personnel 8/5 Mentions spéciales pour leur service exceptionnel (plus que 5 étoiles) à
o Enrique à la réception, pro actif, efficace, offrant un excellent service même au delà de ses fonctions
o Francesco le bellman toujours souriant et accueillant
o Monica , la manager des restos
o Fernando et Edouardo à la plage section club excellence
o Carlos le serveur de la plage
o Lety, avec son beau sourire toujours, au resto Domo et Insieme
o Abenamar au restaurant Dukes
o Efrain au resto Domo
o Rudy le super manager du resto Shoji et la serveuse Luisa
o Malheureusement je n’ai pas son nom mais l’homme de chambre qui reproduit des animaux en serviettes nous a séduit chaque jour avec ses œuvres et le ménagé était toujours impeccable.
o o Le seul bémol : un « trainee » s’est occupé de notre accueil. Nous suggérons que les « trainees » soient accompagnés lors de leur tache car nous n’avons reçu aucune information sur le resort, les services, les options, la plage, les installations ...Rien sauf de nous dire de télécharger l’application. Une chance Francesco (bell man) nous avait donné un survol en amenant nos bagages. Je devais avoir un surclassement de chambre qu’il n’a pas effectué, a supposémement inscrit une note au représentant expedia pour qu’il s’en charge mais personne ne nous a jamais contacté à cet effet ou fait un suivi.

Love this resort had a wonderful time with my husband. This was a trip that he did not want to end. Staff was amazing super nice and always greets you. Would definitely go back.
