A great family getaway

Family vacay 2024
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have a large family and this property accommodated us all very nicely. Plenty of room so all could still have some private moments. The pool was refreshing and a welcome relief from the heat. The kitchen proved to be able to handle many cooks at the same time and the ability to eat outdoors meant that all could have dinner at the same time. The area offered a large area to hit golf balls and watch the myriad of wildlife all at the same time. We watched numerous deer a flock of turkeys including 13 poults, and the prize was a bald eagle over the property. Within an hour of the property are numerous national and state park areas as well as opportunities for golfing and white water rafting. Highly recommended for any large group who enjoys the outdoors.

Amazing Place!
Publié le 10 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is a beautiful, well managed and huge. Paul, the property manager, does a great job to make sure that you have a great stay! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a large place tucked away in a quiet area.

Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was just as described! Plenty of room for 24+ people. Host was very responsive, gracious and accomodating. Beautiful area with some wonderful wineries. Easy drive to Dulles Airport. Would definitely consider returning!

Wonderful stay

While in a beautifully quiet location nothing you could need is more than 20 minutes away. Communication both before and during was quick and decisive. Overall a thoroughly satisfying experience from start to finish.

Beautiful location
Publié le 4 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family and I just spent a very long weekend at this property. We found there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed—everything we wanted was there. There were enough sofas for each of us to have two to ourselves! The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer frolic about. We did note there were some items that could use some TLC to make the property really shine, but we didn’t let it affect our stay. Finally, Paul was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
