Hôtel magnifiquement aménagé à 200m de la plage.

Pour : L'agencement des bungalows autour de la belle piscine entourée d'espaces verts bien entretenus.
Le personnel à nos petits soins
Contre : La salle de bain.Une vitre entre la douche et le wc indispensable pour le standing de l'hôtel.
Le mobilier un peu vieillissant.
Emplacement : Voir plus haut.
Havre de paix et de sérénité à deux pas de la vie trépidante de Puri, quatrième ville sainte de l'Inde. Point de départ pour visiter le sublime temple de Konarak, la belle campagne alentour et même Bhubaneshwar et ses temples remarquables.

Good and nice staffs, front desk representative could be more responsive. The property is old but probably the premier one in Puri.

Good hotel in Puri

Poor and slow service. Not maintained facilities
Publié le 13 sept. 2023 sur HotelsIf you want to experience what service you would get when a hotel is run by sloths, this is a perfect example. It took them 30 mins to check us in.
Then they gave me a room that smelled like a serial smoker lived in it. Upon multiple requests and waiting for an hour they changed our room, which was better but not quite.
Food service was no better. We had to wait 45 mins in the restaurant while they “prepared fresh food.” I asked for clean empty dinner plates to be delivered to my room, which took them 30 mins. Just to deliver the plates. I had to call twice and go to front desk to make sure someone was looking at it.

Staff were very caring and helpful. Very pleasant natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Food was excellent. Beach is well taken of.

The property is located on the sea beach. It is a beautiful place filled with greenery and artifacts. The rooms are neat and clean. Staff are friendly and providing quality and prompt service. Lovely dinning with tasty food.

Nice getaway
Publié le 16 déc. 2021 sur HotelsMayfair Heritage is set in a great setting and location. Hotel is gorgeous and serene. Check-in was too long even though all documents were uploaded online days before the trip - reason given was due to late check-out. Still shouldn’t have to sit around for 1 hour in the reception before getting the room. Dinner buffet was sub-par, breakfast was decent. 2 states restaurant was excellent - great food, great service and an amazing lunch. Shout-out to Asok for great service during meal times and the manager for always check-in on us. Overall, would recommend to friends.
