I knew the property but never stayed here before. I had heard there were new owners but only had optimistic expectations. It looked the same upon arrival, management did make an accommodation to our party which was much appreciated. We went to our room to find it dated musty, the floors on both main and first floor sagged in all directions clean but the TV was not working the WiFi wasn’t available and there was no restaurant at this property. It seems very run down which is such a shame.

There was no hot water and literally no one at the establishment with all the lights turned off.

I keep coming back to this palace for the last 3 years but it’s getting worst… So sadly this place is falling apart.
Floors are uneven and sloping very dangerous.
The front desk are not welcoming and helpful at all.
The restaurant service was terrible and food not the best.
I won’t recommend this place anymore.

Very clean but it was a rainy weekend and was a bit chilly as heat was not fully on since it was only September. Needs updating
